ACCELIM RELEASES NEW VirtualPO™ TECHNOLOGY
August 16, 2007 — AcceLIM™, Inc. announced today that it released its new VirtualPO™ capabilities to any AcceLIM V2.0 user. VirtualPO takes the guess work out of coding non-PO based invoices by recording historic codeing information and transforming it into a Virtual Purchase Order. Customer's such as ADAPTEC and Marvell Semiconductor are already planning to begin using the capability within the next 3-6 months.

March 1, 2007 — AcceLIM™, Inc. announced today that it will hold an openhouse and preview it up coming anouncement of AcceLIM v2.0 at its new Scotts Valley, CA headquarters and west-coast processing center. ACCELIM CEO TO DELIVER KEYNOTE AT NCAPC CONFERENCE

STRATEX NETWORKS PRESENTS CASE STUDY ON SUCCESSES USING ACCELIM
July 1, 2004 — AcceLIM™, Inc. announced today that Scott Synder, Assistant Controller at Stratex Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: STXN) will present a detailed case study on the successes his company has achieved using the AcceLIM Supply-side Order Management Solution. The presentation will be given at the upcoming Northern California Oracle Application User Group (NorCal OAUG) meeting on July 19, 2004, in Redwood City, California. ACCELIM, INC. AND SMOOTH SOLUTIONS ENTER TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT
July 28, 2003 — AcceLIM™, Inc., and Smooth Solutions, Inc., a provider of scanning and document conversion services, have entered a technology exchange agreement in order to better serve their combined growing customer base. AcceLIM will utilize Smooth Solution’s document imaging capture technology to scan and index documents on an as needed basis. In exchange, AcceLIM will provide its proprietary AcceL-I-Match technology to Smooth Solutions. Additionally, AcceLIM and Smooth Solutions will offer document-processing services for one another, enabling nationwide coverage.
