ACCELIM CEO TO GIVE KEYNOTE AT NCAPC MEETING
Capitola, California March 1, 2006 — AcceLIM™,
Inc. and The Northern California Accounts Payable Chapter (NCAPC)
of International Accounts Payable Professionals (IAPP), announced
today that John Stetak, AcceLIM’s President and CEO, will
provide the keynote presentation at the next quarterly meeting scheduled
for March 23, 2006, at the Hotel Sofitel in Redwood City, California.
The presentation will focus on “The Changing Role of the A/P
Professional in an Electronic / Self-Service Supplier Centric World”.
Also presenting will be representatives from two of AcceLIM’s
high-profile high-tech customers: Ruby Rufo, Accounting Manager,
Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. (Marvell) and Susan Olson, A/P Manager,
Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT).
The NCAPC is truly committed to building a strong community of
A/P Professionals and more importantly providing a quality platform
for exchanging knowledge and ideas” said John Stetak. “We
are honored to be chosen to speak and proud to be a sponsor”.
AcceLIM has been capturing a lot of attention around the Bay Area…
It is great to have AcceLIM and their customers presenting at our
next meeting” said Michael Arias, President, NCAPC.
AcceLIM has been a key partner in helping Marvell transition our
A/P team from data entry clerks to discrepancy analysts, creating
a paperless discrepancy resolution process, and allowing us to hold
our A/P headcount flat despite our rapid growth” said Ruby
Rufo, “I am excited to talk about our successes at the up
coming meeting.”.
When we rolled the AcceLIM solution out to our suppliers, we saw
an immediate migration of approximately 50% of IDT’s supplier
invoices go from paper to electronic… I think that exceeded
everyone’s expectations” said Susan Olson, “AcceLIM
is also helping us create a much more collaborative discrepancy
resolution process between our California, Oregon, Malaysia, and
Singapore operations”.
Non-members of the NCAPC are also welcome to attend this free event
but are requested to register at the following link: register-ncapc-event.
